Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped/processed within 24-28 hours upon receipt. Any orders placed after 2pm CST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday unless otherwise notified.

You should receive a notification once your order has been shipped or is ready to be picked up. If you have not received notification after 48 hours, please follow up with us (204)745-3765 or hello@knockabouts.ca

Curbside pick up orders may be picked up between 12pm-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Once you have received confirmation that your order is ready for pick up, please park outside of the store at your earliest convenience and either phone us (204)745-3765 to have the order brought out or knock on the front door and someone will assist you promptly.
